With over 16 years of multidisciplinary experience spanning
marketing, education, design, and entrepreneurship, Yashika Sinha brings
to Dharma Studio a rare blend of creativity, structure, and strategic insight.
Her professional journey — from leading impactful marketing
campaigns at The Times of India Group to serving as Administrative
Head at The Chintels School, Kalyanpur — has equipped her with the
expertise to balance innovation with discipline, and fun with focus.
Yashika’s leadership reflects her deep understanding of how
children learn, grow, and connect. Her association with her father’s NGO, Samaja
Kalyana Evam Paryavaran Sudhara Sansthan, also shaped her belief in
empathy, community spirit, and the power of education to create positive

With more than 25 years of experience in the field of
education, Chetika Arora is a dedicated and compassionate educator who
